Tough Choices: Spending Technology Dollars and Updating & Revising Your Technology Plan - workshops conducted at Classroom Connect's Connected Classroom Conference. Both workshops emphasize the need to have coherent, functional, technology plans that exist as a basis for both updating and reviewing how technology can have maximum effect on teaching and learning. Tough Choices focuses on the decisions a district must make in creating and implementing plans. Updating emphasizes the need to build evaluation and review into your planning process.

Grantwriting -- Finding Funding for Educational Technology Projects - a workshop designed to assist school/district grantwriters, technology coordinators, and/or potential grantwriters in creating winning proposals that build off of the ideas and objectives in their technology plans. View the presentation slides for this workshop.

Implementing a Technology Plan on a Limited Budget and Technology Planning: Avoiding the Gotchas - workshops conducted at Classroom Connect's Connected Classroom Conference. Avoiding the Gotchas addresses the need for using a technology plan as a strategy for thoughtful and reflective technology integration.

Developing Classroom Projects with Integrated Applications Technology - a 15 hour workshop for 4th through 7th grade teachers in Dover (NH) Public Schools. This workshop was conducted over a six week period and assisted participants in the development of technology-enriched classroom activities using applications such as Microsoft's PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Participants reviewed basic background material in technology integration and then with our assistance and feedback, developed lesson plans using a variety of basic application technologies.
